Pouya Eshtehardi is an accomplished filmmaker, writer, and multidisciplinary artist with over 12 years of experience in the film industry. With a background in music and literature spanning two decades, his work blends cinematic storytelling, literary depth, and visual artistry to create compelling narratives across various mediums.
His debut feature film, Untimely, received multiple awards and nominations, establishing him as a filmmaker with a distinctive voice. Beyond feature films, Pouya has directed and edited a diverse range of creative projects, including documentaries, commercials, and video art, collaborating across multiple countries.
In addition to his work in cinema, Pouya is an accomplished writer. His novel, Khak, along with his numerous short films, reflects his ability to fuse visual storytelling with literary expression.
Pouya holds a Master’s Degree in Film Studies from ELTE University in Hungary and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film & TV from Limkokwing University in Malaysia. With his unique artistic vision and expertise, he continues to push creative boundaries in film, literature, and visual arts.
